Chelsea Shepherd is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as Principal Systems Engineer at Sierra Space, leading both the Orbital Reef Logistics Segment and Dream Chaser Mission Operations since June 2021. Prior to this role, Chelsea was involved in Dream Chaser Mission Operations at Sierra Nevada Corporation from October 2017 to June 2021. Chelsea's earlier career includes positions as ISS Mission Controller - Operations Support Officer at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies from October 2014 to September 2017 and as Mission Controller - Operations Support Officer at United Space Alliance from June 2004 to September 2014. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
