Kristyn Hurley, MS, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Operations Manager at NASA Federal Credit Union since January 2018, leading a team focused on employee engagement, training, benefits administration, HRIS, recruiting, and HR compliance while also creating Pandemic, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery programs. Prior to this role, Kristyn worked as a Managing Human Resources Consultant at Berkshire from November 2001 to January 2018, where expertise in compliance led to partnerships with numerous companies for affirmative action, Diversity & Inclusion, and EEO compliance objectives. Experience includes serving as a Corporate Recruiter at RDA Corporation from 1999 to 2001, focusing on IT and Executive talent acquisition, and a Technical Recruiter at KPMG from 1998 to 1999, managing staffing operations for a global account. Kristyn holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
