Huriyyah Dhanse is an accomplished professional in customer success and digital marketing, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success - EMEA at Narvar since August 2024. Previously, Huriyyah held the position of Head of Personalisation, Global at Dotdigital from September 2023 to February 2024. Prior roles at Fresh Relevance included Vice President of Customer and Head of Account Management, while earlier experience involved positions such as Account Director at Lyris, Product Advisor and Account Manager at Silverpop, and Campaign Manager at TMN Media. Huriyyah holds an IDM Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (2014-2015) and a BEng in Media Communication Systems from City, University of London.
