Dr. Kathleen Shiverdecker currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Narrative 4 and the Chief Executive Officer at Hasp Consulting. Additionally, Dr. Shiverdecker holds the position of Strategic Advisor & Chief Growth Officer at WITI (Women in Technology International). Previous roles include Managing Director of Organization Performance + Design at Alma Advisory Group and Executive Director of School Performance at Aurora Public Schools, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing academic growth and equity across schools. Dr. Shiverdecker has also contributed to Denver Public Schools as Executive Director of HR School Support and served as a Middle School Principal, leading initiatives to improve student outcomes. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Design from Northcentral University, a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and French from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix.
