Robert Helfrich serves as Regional Vice President at NARFE since November 2018 and is the President of RLH Ventures Inc, providing Accounting, Payroll, and Tax Services since February 2013. Previously, Robert Helfrich held the position of Manager of Finance for the Greater Indiana District at the United States Postal Service from July 1976 until retirement in December 2008.
