Sarah Gaffney completed their education at three different institutions. Sarah attended Montgomery High School from 1993 to 1998. After completing high school, they joined Blackpool Sixth Form College from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued A-Levels in Information Technology. Following their time at the college, Sarah enrolled at Leeds Beckett University from 2000 to 2004. During their four years at the university, they obtained a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Information Systems. The specific field of study for both their A-Levels and degree was focused on information technology and systems.
