Kieran Donovan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Corporate Partner and Head of the Liverpool Office at Napthens LLP since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kieran held the position of Partner and Head of the Owner Managed Business Group for the Liverpool City Region at Weightmans from April 2017 to April 2022. Kieran's earlier experience includes serving as Partner and Head of Corporate at Bermans from January 2011 to March 2017, as a Corporate Partner at DWF from January 2001 to December 2010, and as a Corporate Solicitor at Laytons from September 1997 to December 2000.
