Mark Hedden is an experienced professional in content and operations management, currently serving as the Content Operations Manager at Napster Group since February 2021. Previously, Mark held similar roles at MelodyVR, where responsibilities included both Content Operations Manager and Digital Operations Coordinator. Prior to that, Mark worked as an Art Technician at Art of Hanging and as Assistant Operations Manager at Goldsmiths, University of London, where the tenure lasted over six years. Additionally, Mark gained experience as an Exhibitions Technician at the British Film Institute from 2006 to 2011. Mark's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Foundation Studies Diploma in Art & Design from Wimbledon School of Art.
