Ilie Flueras is a seasoned technical specialist in vacuum products research and development at Wolf Steel Ltd. since May 2018, building on extensive experience in the field. Previously, Ilie has worked with the Napoleon Group of Companies since 2008 as a project coordinator in R&D, overseeing mould design for vacuum department plants in Canada and China, and facilitating communication with plant executives and suppliers. Prior roles include project coordinator and supervisor in manufacturing engineering at Wolf Steel Ltd. from 1994 to 2008, with responsibilities encompassing the supervision of departmental associates and the preparation of production reports. Ilie holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Construction from Romania.
