Garry Scott

Vice President, Marketing at Napoleon

Garry Scott has a wealth of experience in marketing and brand development. Garry is currently the Vice President of Marketing at Napoleon and previously founded and led Xpand Brand Consulting Inc. Prior to that, they held various roles at Moen Incorporated, Canada, including Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce, where they oversaw all aspects of the Canadian B2C and B2B marketing, launched and managed an industry-leading eCommerce business, and revitalized a SaaS based loyalty program. Garry was also responsible for developing Canadian sales and marketing strategies, P&L ownership, and new product development. Before Moen, Garry served as the Director of Marketing at Maple Leaf Foods and Revlon. Additionally, they gained valuable experience at SC Johnson, where they led a cross-functional team managing home cleaning product categories and served as a Brand Manager and Customer Marketing Manager. Garry's earlier career includes roles at Canada Dry Mott’s Inc. and Sobeys. Overall, Garry Scott has proven expertise in marketing, brand development, and leading cross-functional teams in the consumer goods industry.

Garry Scott has completed the following education programs. Garry earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration - HBBA degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. Additionally, they attended the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University for a Leadership Development program. Lastly, they graduated from the Schulich School of Business - York University in 2010, completing the Marketing Leadership Program.
