Cory Niekamp serves as the Business Manager for Napoleon Area City Schools, overseeing maintenance, custodial, transportation, and food services operations since July 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Production Superintendent and Environmental Manager at Worthington Industries, where responsibilities involved managing a team and driving continuous improvement initiatives. At Calphalon - Newell Rubbermaid, Cory held multiple engineering roles, managing various engineering functions and projects. Previous positions include Plant Engineer at Continental Tire and Manufacturing Process Engineer at ALCOA Automotive Structures, with a focus on improving manufacturing processes. Cory holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from The University of Toledo.
