Mafher Cruz has extensive experience in the hospitality and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Front Desk Agent at Naples Bay Resort since April 2021. Previous roles include Ejecutivo de Operaciones at Metropolitan Touring and various positions in front desk operations at Swissôtel Quito, Hosteria Cusin, and Hosteria Rincon de Puembo. Mafher also has a background in customer service from roles at Hotel Rio Amazonas and Longpairport, alongside experience in sales at Boost Mobile and management assistance at Chipewa Retreat Resort. Educational qualifications include a degree in language proficiency and foreign language teaching from EF International Language Campuses and a degree from UNIVERSIDAD UTE.
