Dr. Lillian Chang is a seasoned Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner currently engaged with NaphCare, Inc. since January 2023 and MARCANN Mental Health Services, PLLC since June 2024. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Chang serves as Adjunct Faculty at Creighton University and Arizona State University. Previous experience includes roles at Leading MDs and Community Bridges, among others, complemented by an academic background that includes a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Nursing from Duquesne University. Dr. Chang has a comprehensive nursing foundation with a Bachelor of Nursing from Ryerson University, further enhanced by extensive experience in psychiatric nursing and mental health.
