Doug Rippe, MBA, CFA has extensive work experience in finance, operations, and business development. Doug most recently worked as the IT Business Operations Manager at the City of Naperville, overseeing and managing the IT Department's financial, budgetary, and procurement activities. Prior to that, they were the Director of Finance at CBRE, where they led a team managing tools to estimate and benchmark facilities management services costs globally.

Earlier in their career, Rippe worked at Ericsson, where they held several roles including Operations Finance Lead for Services Costing and Pricing, Operations Finance Lead for Services Quoting, and Product Manager for Wireless Services.
