Lou Mollica has a strong background in talent acquisition and executive recruitment. Lou began their career at Gartner Group as a Senior Sales Support Representative, where they worked closely with sales management and serviced major corporate client accounts. In 1999, they joined Reeve & Associates, LLC as an Associate Recruiter, where they expanded and maintained client relationships and supported sales billings. Lou later became a Senior Executive Recruiter at the same company, recruiting and placing market research and digital marketing professionals. Since 2014, Lou has been the Director of Talent Acquisition at NAPCO Security Technologies, where they are responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process and provides strategic guidance to senior-level executives.

Lou Mollica has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Connecticut.
