Tracey Smeltzer serves as the Accounts Receivable Manager at NAPA Transportation, Inc. since January 2021, overseeing daily operations related to accounts receivable, billing, and credit while leading staff in invoicing and dispute resolution. Prior experience includes roles as Audit Manager at Strategic Audit Solutions, Inc. where client relationships and audit plans were developed, and as Divisional Vice President at The Bon Ton Stores Inc., providing executive oversight of Accounts Receivable processes for credit systems. Additional roles at The Bon Ton include Director of Sales and Accounts Payable Audit, Accounts Payable Audit and Debit Balance Manager, Sales Audit Assistant Manager, and Accounts Payable Supervisor. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from York College of Pennsylvania, earned between 1979 and 1983.
