Arevik Hakobyan

Arevik Hakobyan has over 18 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as the Software Team Coordinator for Nanoramic Laboratories. In 2020, they held two positions at Digitain as the Change Management & Platform, Sportbook, Payment Operations Team Manager and the Platform, Sportbook, Payment Operations Team Lead. In 2018, they were the Head of Operations at CMX Solutions GmbH, where they formed the Yerevan office, created and implemented company procedures and policies, recognized gaps in processes, oversaw the timely handling of financial issues, and recruited staff. From 2016 to 2015, they were the Director of Operations at Ginosi Apartels & Hotels, where they developed and integrated functional strategies, created and monitored company policies and SOP-s, and developed new operational procedures and standards to increase efficiency. From 2015 to 2003, they held multiple positions at Austrian Airlines, including Airport Director, Deputy Director, Relief Duty Manager, and Customer Service Agent. During their time at Austrian Airlines, they slashed administration costs 22%, developed, coordinated, and enforced company rules and regulations and minimum operating standards for aeronautical activities, and created and coordinated all budget activities.

Arevik Hakobyan has a Master's degree in Sociology from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, obtained between 2000 and 2002. Arevik also holds a Certificate in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the European University of Armenia, obtained between 2002 and 2003. Arevik's educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Sociology and Management Psychology from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, obtained between 1996 and 2000. Additionally, Arevik has obtained several certifications, such as the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian (2022), the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Mountain Goat Software (2021), the Station Emergency Response Planning from Austrian Airlines (2014), the Course for Airport Managers from Argo, Inc. (2009), the Dangerous Goods from International Air Transport Association (IATA) (2014), and the WAB license for NB aircrafts from International Air Transport Association (IATA) (2012).
