Alex Germain has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. From 2010-2011, they worked as a Program Analyst for the University of Virginia Health System, where they contributed to early stage projects funded by the Wallace H. Coulter Foundation Grant. From 2011-2014, they worked as a Dynamic Systems Engineer for Sikorsky Aircraft, where they developed repair criteria for damaged or otherwise unusable helicopter transmission and rotor head components. In 2014, they began working for Boston Industrial Consulting as a Manufacturing Engineering Consultant, where they led manufacturing improvement studies, drove multiple projects simultaneously, and managed the acquisition, delivery, installation, start-up, and qualification of equipment for use in various industrial settings. In 2018, they joined Nanoramic Laboratories as the Director of Product Introduction and a New Product Introduction Engineer.
Alex Germain attended the University of Virginia from 2006 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering.
