Charles Boudreault has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charles started their career at Rogers Communications as a Real Estate Manager in 1997 before moving on to Norigen Communications Inc., where they served as a Senior Real Estate Manager from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, they joined SITA as a Legal Counsel and later joined Convergia in 2004 as a Senior Legal Counsel.
In 2009, Charles founded Vertical Income Partners (VIP) and served as the CEO and Founder until 2012. At VIP, they were responsible for developing the legal framework, securing debt and equity financing, and overseeing marketing, sales, and business development. Currently, Charles manages the day-to-day operations of VIP, focusing on due diligence of all transactions.
In 1998, Charles joined Teledomus, where they practiced law and provided legal consultancy services for almost 20 years. Charles'sexpertise in commercial law and real estate allowed him to successfully manage commercial opportunities and bring projects to completion through negotiation and contract drafting.
In 2015, Charles became the CEO and Founder of NanoPhyll, a company focused on developing environmentally sustainable nano-composite coatings for various industries. Their self-sanitizing and multifunctional coatings have gained recognition from leading international corporations.
Charles Boudreault pursued their education in a chronological manner. Charles began their academic journey in 1980 at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf, where they completed their studies in an unspecified field. Following this, they attended Queen's University from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics. Continuing their educational pursuits, they enrolled at Université de Sherbrooke from 1989 to 1993, earning a degree in Law, specifically a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). In 1989, Charles also undertook a brief period of study abroad at the Universidad de Salamanca, obtaining a certificate in Spanish Language & Culture.
