Medha Gupta has been in the tech industry for over six years. Medha started their career in 2014 as an SDE Intern at Amazon, where they single-handedly developed an electronic document filing system for filing compliance documents for Amazon logistics for the state of Kerala, India. In 2015, they joined PayPal as a Software Engineer, where they were instrumental in designing and implementing a case search feature within the compliance team using elastic search and rest APIs. Medha also developed a fully scalable and configurable UI based on React. In 2019, Medha was a Summer Intern at Mastercard Advisors. In 2020, they joined Accenture as a Management Consultant. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Nanonets as an Engagement Manager.

Medha Gupta attained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar, between 2011 and 2015. In 2009 and 2010, they completed the Indian School Certificate Exam in Science from Dr.Virendra Swarup Education Center, Kanpur. In addition, they obtained a certification in High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation from Coursera in July 2017, and a Lean Six Sigma certification from KPMG.
