Boon Aik Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, quality management, and business leadership. Currently serving as the Founder/Director of Epichem since September 2023 and Managing Director at Nippon Fare since May 2022, Boon oversees daily operations, staffing, and inventory to ensure efficient service delivery. Additionally, as Operations and Quality Manager at Nanollose Ltd since July 2021, Boon formulates strategies to enhance performance and compliance while addressing customer needs. Previous roles include Head of Analytical Services/Quality Manager at Epichem Pty Ltd, focusing on quality management systems aligned with ISO accreditations, and Quality Coordinator/Industrial Chemist at Intertek, where Boon managed NATA audits.
