Clemens Grassberger is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Washington since December 2022 and has held the position of Assistant Professor in Radiation Oncology at Harvard Medical School since February 2014. Clemens's research focuses on rational combinations of immunotherapy and radiotherapy, treatment response biomarkers, and the modeling of biological interactions and resistance development in cancer therapies. Clemens has a robust background in radiation oncology, having served as an Instructor and Postdoctoral Research Fellow, contributing to advancements in treatment imaging and innovative clinical trial design. Clemens's academic journey includes a PhD in Medical Physics from ETH Zurich/Harvard and notable roles in scientific advisory and consulting, alongside early experience in finance at Lehman Brothers.
