Ansam Aldarbouli is an experienced professional in customer support and pharmacy, currently serving as the Customer Support Department Manager at Nano Health Suite since February 2022, where responsibilities include monitoring performance against key performance indicators and providing guidance to the Medical/Technical Support Team. Previously, Ansam held the position of Senior Customer Executive, addressing medical and technical inquiries and ensuring adherence to customer service level agreements utilizing tools such as Jira and Tawk System. Prior to that role, Ansam worked as a Pharmacist at Maya Pharmacy from February 2019 to January 2022, focusing on the quality of medicines supplied to patients. Ansam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applicable Chemistry from Damascus University and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from the International University of Sciences and Technology.
