David Marquez is an accomplished legal and corporate executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at NANA Development Corporation since March 2007, David previously held the position of Attorney General for the State of Alaska from March 2005 to December 2006. David also served as Vice President and Chief Counsel at ARCO Alaska from 1996 to 2000. David earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School between 1970 and 1973 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwestern University, obtained from 1963 to 1967.
