Beau Polya is a Project Engineer at Nan, Inc., a position held since April 2022, responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and managing onsite construction engineering activities. Prior experience includes serving as Building Manager for the Alaska Native Science & Engineering Program (ANSEP) from October 2018 to July 2020, where Beau optimized team performance and oversaw facility operations. Earlier roles include Fitness staff at The Alaska Club focusing on customer service and equipment maintenance, a Summer Bridge Youth Peer Mentor at ANSEP supporting high school students in academic and professional development, and a Yard Hand/Driver at Dch Enterprises managing logistics and delivery of oilfield tools. Beau holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska Anchorage, completed in 2020.
