JD Kwon is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in technical sales and project management. Currently, JD Kwon serves as the Director of Business Development at NAMICS Corporation, a position held since April 2012, following a tenure as Business Development Manager. JD Kwon has expertise in managing OSAT Packaging Business and Marketing in Korea, along with experience in CUF, MR-MUF, HBM2E, and HBM3 business development. Prior to NAMICS Corporation, JD Kwon worked as a Sales Marketing Manager at Ebara Corporation from February 2008 to March 2012 and held the position of Policy Secretary at the Korean National Assembly building in early 2007. JD Kwon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Economics & Law, with a focus on Japanese, from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
