Manny Aponte currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Namco Pools since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Squad Leader in the US Army from November 2001 to May 2010.

Manny Aponte completed their high school education at Kents Hill School in 1999, earning a High School Diploma. Manny then pursued further studies at Central Connecticut State University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BS) degree with a focus in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Manny is currently enrolled at Central Connecticut State University, working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024. In 2022, they also participated in Vistage emerging leaders program, although no specific degree or field of study was provided for this experience.
