Madelon Nijman is an accomplished geoscience professional with extensive experience in production geology and team leadership. Currently serving as Geoscience Chapter Lead and Senior Production Geologist at NAM BV Assen, since 2015, Madelon focuses on oil field development in the Netherlands, including infill opportunities and drilling projects. Previous roles include significant positions at Brunei Shell Petroleum, where responsibilities ranged from team leadership in oil rim development to implementing waterflooding strategies. Madelon’s earlier career includes experience as a Production Geologist in Oman and as a Reservoir Geologist at Shell, complemented by roles in knowledge management and database management. Madelon holds an MSc degree in Geology from Utrecht University.
