Lise Larsen is an Academic Officer at ²Ñ¾±±ôÂáø²õ³Ù²â°ù±ð±ô²õ±ð²Ô since January 2023, supporting the Danish Environmental Protection Agency's initiatives in circular economy and waste management. Prior experience at Arla Foods spans over two decades, where Lise served as a Senior Nutrition Specialist focusing on developing nutrition criteria and guidelines, successfully implemented in 2016, and managed the salt reduction program from 2008 to 2012. As a Business Nutrition Manager, responsibilities included consumer international innovation in cheese and butter, and earlier roles included serving as a Nutrition Consultant and Development Engineer, leading clinical trials and developing internal nutrition principles. Lise's career began at MD Foods amba from 1989 to 2000, with a foundational education in Food Science from Københavns Universitet completed in 1989.
