Arjan ter Haak is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience in well operations and engineering. Currently serving as General Manager Wells Operations at NAM BV Assen since October 2021, Arjan manages the construction, intervention, and plug and abandonment of exploration and development wells in the Netherlands, UK SNS, and Tunisia. Prior to this role, Arjan held various positions at Shell from August 2008 to October 2021, including General Manager Wells Discipline and Principal Technical Expert & Emergency Response Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed global shallow water applications, well control emergency planning, and leading the Corporate P&A Wells team. Arjan's career also includes significant roles at Petroleum Development Oman and Shell, with a foundational education in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
