Tina Lai has a range of work experience in various industries. In 2014, they interned in cancer research at Université libre de Bruxelles. After that, they worked as an itinerant pharmacist at Universal Pharma S.A. from November 2014 to September 2016. In 2017, they joined EPSA - A2BM as a consultant in organization and change management, and later became a coach and project manager in change management until September 2019. From October 2019 to March 2020, Tina worked as a project manager for Global MSAT GSK Vaccines at Pauwels Consulting. Tina then transitioned to QA Release for GSK Vaccines from March 2020 to September 2020, and finally worked as a project manager for Product & Process GSK Vaccines from September 2020 to April 2022. In April 2022, Tina joined Antares Consulting as a Senior Consultant in Healthcare Strategy and worked there until January 2023. Currently, they are a process engineer for global MSAT GSK vaccines at Nalys since February 2023.

Tina Lai's education history starts with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Université libre de Bruxelles, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Tina then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the same university, completing it from 2012 to 2014. Later, they enrolled at Louvain School of Management and completed a postgraduate degree in Management from 2016 to 2017.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Tina Lai also obtained a certification in Prince 2 from PeopleCert in November 2021.
