Tom Squire is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, commercial strategy, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Head of Sales at NALA since May 2024, Squire focuses on enhancing international payment solutions across Africa. Additional roles include Board Advisor at Visualizy, Non Executive Director at SortMyCash, Mentor at Rise, and Founder of Royal Mile Partners, which emphasizes supporting social impact projects. Previously, Squire co-founded Shieldpay and held multiple leadership positions there, developing a secure payments platform for marketplaces. A former Business Associate at Techstars and Strategy and Finance Consultant at a rental management startup, Squire also gained managerial experience at Deloitte UK. Squire holds an MA in Spanish and International Business from The University of Edinburgh.
