Melanie Ciaschi is a results-driven Program Manager with extensive experience in the Defense and Aerospace Industry, as well as Federal Civilian service. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager at Nakupuna Companies since December 2022, Melanie has previously held roles including Program Manager at CACI International Inc and Director of Enterprise Applications at BAE Systems. With a strong background in complex systems integrations, full technology lifecycle management, and ITIL processes, Melanie has demonstrated successful leadership in various capacities, starting as Section Chief at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and holding a Managing Consultant position at IBM. Melanie is an alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
