Oleksandr Yuntsov has a diverse work experience in the technical support field. Oleksandr started their career in 2014 as a Technical Support Engineer at PortaOne, where they provided assistance to customers. In 2016, they joined CloudLinux as an L2 Technical Support Engineer, providing technical support for their products. Later in 2016, they moved to NAKIVO as an L2 Technical Support Engineer, where they demonstrated their technical expertise. From 2017 onwards, they progressed to the roles of Senior Technical Support Engineer, Deputy Team Lead, and ultimately Support Team Lead at NAKIVO. Throughout their career, Oleksandr has shown a commitment to delivering high-quality support to customers.

Oleksandr Yuntsov obtained a Master's degree from the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' between 1990 and 1996. In addition to their formal education, Yuntsov has recently obtained a series of certifications from Google Cloud Skills Boost, including "Automating Infrastructure on Google Cloud with Terraform," "Getting Started with Terraform for Google Cloud," "Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure," "Google Cloud's Operations Suite," "Monitor and Log with Google Cloud Operations Suite," "Perform Foundational Infrastructure Tasks in Google Cloud," "Reliable Google Cloud Infrastructure: Design and Process," "Developing a Google SRE Culture," and "Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure." The certifications were obtained in 2022, with some obtained in October and others in November.
