Bohdana Rybenchuk started their work experience in 2017 as a Translator at Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. From November 2017 to February 2018, they worked in this role.
After that, in May 2017, they joined Wentrum as a Customer Care Agent and worked until May 2018.
In April 2018, Bohdana joined Ring as an L1 Technical Support Specialist until April 2019.
From April 2019 to February 2021, they worked at NAKIVO as a Support Engineer L1.
Currently, they hold the position of Support Team Lead (L1) at NAKIVO, starting in January 2021.
Overall, Bohdana has gained experience in translation, customer care, technical support, and support team leadership throughout their career.
Bohdana Rybenchuk obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts from 2015 to 2019.
