Viswanathan Kasi is an experienced professional in procurement and contracts management, currently serving as Associate Director at Nakheel since September 2004, previously holding the position of Senior Manager - Contracts. With a comprehensive background in contracts management, Viswanathan has expertise in various facets including feasibility study, estimating, tendering, and dispute resolution. Prior experience includes roles as Project Quantity Surveyor at Dutco Balfour Beatty and Quantity Surveyor at Besix in Dubai, along with earlier positions as Civil Engineer at AKC Contracting in Doha and Billing Engineer at K. Rahejas in Mumbai. Viswanathan holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Construction Law & Arbitration from Robert Gordon University, an Academic Certificate in Construction and Quantity Surveying from the College of Estate Management, and a Certificate Course in Cost Engineering from AACEI, complemented by a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
