Liyana C is a skilled data analyst with extensive experience in developing and implementing data visualization solutions. Currently employed at Nakheel since July 2023, Liyana designs interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize call center metrics and customer feedback. Prior to this role, Liyana served as a Business Applications Analyst at KEO International Consultants from October 2021 to July 2023, where the initiation and monitoring of key performance indicators and enhanced data security measures were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes working as an Application Development Analyst at Accenture, collaborating on software solutions, and as a Data Analyst at EY, where the design and development of dashboards for financial tracking were primary tasks. Liyana holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, completed in 2018.
