Charles Nyandia is the current CEO at Naivera Holdings Ltd. Charles has previous experience as the Chief Executive Officer at Salvon Africa Ltd from June 2014 to January 2019. Charles was also a BD & Risk Management Consultant at Jitegemee Savings & Credit Co-op Society Ltd from November 2013 to March 2019. Prior to that, they were a Director at Salvon Africa from September 2013 to September 2019. Their earliest experience was as a Programme Associate at the Labour Awareness and Resource Centre from April 2010 to September 2010.

Charles Nyandia completed a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Economics from Kenyatta University. Charles also has an Associate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (Ciarb) as well as a Professional Course in Accountancy from the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board. In addition, they have a certification from edX in Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles and a certification from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in Associate. Finally, they have a Certificate of Proficiency from the Insurance Regulatory Authority.
