Bernard Kioko is an experienced professional currently serving as an Advisor to the Nairobi Governor on Creative Economy since July 2023. With a long tenure as a Contractor at Safaricom starting in January 2001 and roles as an IT Consultant at 98.4 Capital FM and Managing Director at Bernsoft Interactive Limited, which both commenced in January 1999 and January 1991 respectively, Bernard possesses extensive expertise in technology and management. Bernard is also pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Music Business at Berklee College of Music, having previously completed high school at Starehe Boys Centre & School between 1991 and 1995.
