Megan Rooney, CMP

Megan Rooney, CMP has extensive work experience in event planning and management. Megan is currently the Vice President for Education at NAIOP, where they oversee educational programs and initiatives. Megan began their career as a Marketing and Ticketing Intern at Family Circle Cup, where they assisted in planning and preparing a Tier I tennis tournament and handled ticket sales.

Megan Rooney, CMP, obtained a BA in Recreation Management and Tourism and Commercial Recreation from the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2006 to 2008. In 2006, they also studied abroad at Florence University of the Arts. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or field of study there.
