Mark Theine currently serves as Senior Vice President - Outpatient Medical at Healthpeak Properties, Inc., a position held since March 2024. In addition, Mark is actively involved with Children's Wisconsin as a Foundation Board Member and has been a Board Member at NAIOP Wisconsin since June 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Advisory Board Member at Building Engines, Inc. until March 2024, co-founding and holding the role of EVP - Asset Management at Physicians Realty Trust from July 2013 to March 2024, and working as Healthcare Real Estate Officer at B.C. Ziegler from September 2005 to July 2013. Mark's expertise encompasses co-managing a $200 million private equity fund focused on healthcare-related real estate, sourcing acquisition opportunities, overseeing property management, and conducting financial analyses. Mark holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
