Brandon Schulta serves as the National Account Manager at First American Title since August 2017 and has held the position of Board Member at NAIOP Wisconsin since December 2020, contributing to the leading organization for commercial real estate professionals in Wisconsin. In addition, Brandon has been a Board Member for REACH-WI since March 2021, focusing on enhancing community vitality through charitable initiatives. Brandon manages BJS Ventures LLC, specializing in investment real estate and brokerage since 2006. Prior experience includes working as a Commercial Account Executive at Chicago Title Insurance Company and as a Real Estate Development Coordinator at MLG Development, where Brandon played a key role in acquiring approvals for a significant number of buildable lots. Brandon holds a Master of Science in Finance from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the Lubar College of Business.
