Ben Badiee has over three decades of experience in business and development, currently serving as President & CEO of Badiee Development since 1988, focusing on the development of unique flex and industrial buildings on the West Coast. In addition to this role, Ben is actively involved in various organizations, including serving on the Policy Advisory Board at the University of San Diego's Burnham-Moores Real Estate School since 2022, mentoring young professionals with NAIOP San Diego since 2013, and acting as an ambassador for Singularity University, promoting innovation ecosystems. Ben's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in founding multiple companies, including OurPact, Smoothpath Media, Smoothpath LP, and Shiraz Avocado Ranch, while also holding previous roles at Apparel Zone and La Jolla Country Day School. Ben holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Computer Science from Tennessee Technological University.
