Nikki O'Rourke has extensive experience in purchasing and analysis within the financial services and seminar industries. Currently serving as Manager of Billing & Analysis and previously as Strategic Customer Analyst at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) since February 2017, Nikki has developed a strong skill set in managing customer relations and financial operations. Prior experience includes roles as Buyer II and Buyer at UMB Bank from February 2012 to February 2017, and positions as Purchasing Coordinator and Meeting Planner at Fred Pryor Seminars from October 2007 to February 2012. Nikki began a professional career with an internship at Windy City Fieldhouse in 2007. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 2003 and 2007.
