Alex Waltman has over a decade of experience in IT, currently serving as a Virtualization Engineer and LAN/Messaging Administrator at NAIC since January 2011. Responsibilities include maintaining Microsoft Exchange, Citrix, and Distributed File Systems, as well as managing mobile device management software such as MobileIron and VMWare's AirWatch. Prior to this role, Alex worked as an Operations Agent at Best Buy from June 2007 to December 2013, where duties involved advanced troubleshooting of client computers and cellphones, along with managing the shipping and receiving of GeekSquad items. Alex holds an education from Metropolitan Community College-Maple Woods, where studies took place from 2007 to 2010.
