Sonia Miranda Monroy, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of People Services at NAI Hiffman since March 2024. Prior to this role, Sonia held the position of Director of Human Resources at Aria Group Architects, Inc. from October 2021 to February 2024, and was the Human Resources Director at Studio Gang from August 2018 to January 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Franciscan Ministries from October 2016 to August 2018, and as Senior Associate, Human Resources Manager at VOA (now Stantec) from July 2008 to October 2016. Earlier career roles include a Project Manager (Consultant) at Stratus Consulting Group in 2006-2007, and Project Manager at Aon Corporation from February 2002 to August 2006. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from DePaul University.
