Steve Ridenour is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Steve serves as a Real Estate Agent at NAI Black since March 2014, focusing on development, consulting, and brokerage. In addition, Steve is the Owner and President of Stephen Ridenour Inc., established in 2000, specializing in commercial real estate development, property management, and consulting. Prior to these roles, Steve held the position of Vice President at CBRE from 2009 to March 2014, contributing to commercial real estate brokerage. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Political Science from Whittier College, earned between 1967 and 1971.
