At NAHT, they served as the Senior Vice President, Director of Originations & Capital Markets, where they were responsible for raising capital for affordable housing developments. Prior to this, they held roles such as Vice President, Senior Acquisitions Officer and Acquisitions Officer at NAHT.

Before joining NAHT, Paul worked at Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. as the Senior Vice President, Solutions, where they managed the delivery of programs, products, and strategy in key markets. Paul also served as the Senior Vice President and Regional Executive, Western Region, where they led affordable housing and community development efforts.
