Jarrett Jordan is an experienced professional in the field of housing and finance, serving as an Underwriter at the National Affordable Housing Trust (NAHT) since June 2019. Previously, Jarrett worked as a Project Director at Vogt Strategic Insights from 2013 to June 2019, where more than 200 multifamily feasibility studies were authored, focusing on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), market-rate, government-subsidized, and student housing developments. Jarrett's earlier role as a Market Analyst involved extensive travel to over 100 markets to collect data on multifamily and student housing developments, assessing site-specific considerations for new construction and redevelopment projects. Additionally, Jarrett has experience as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Real Estate from 2012 to 2013.
