Rachel Lamb is a seasoned nonprofit consultant with extensive experience in data analytics, donor relations, and fundraising strategies. Currently serving at Nahas Data Source since November 2021, Rachel has significantly enhanced clients' organizational grant funding by 50% within a year. Previous roles include Database and Reporting Analyst at the Archdiocese of San Antonio and Director of Development at DFW Faith Health Collaborative, where Rachel contributed to data-driven decision-making and public health program improvements. With a strong background in managing database systems and fundraising campaigns, Rachel has also held positions at Sharing Life Community Outreach, Mary Kay Global, KIPP Texas Public Schools, and Promise House. Rachel holds a Master’s of Divinity and a B.A. in Religious Studies from Southern Methodist University.
